For those who dont know, mehendi is applied to young girls, as its believed the mehendi will give a handsome groom. During an Indian wedding both the bride and bridegroom apply henna (also known as mehendi). It is also a symbol of love between husband and wife. The bride’s intricate mehndi pattern normally has the name of the groom written into it. The groom is expected to find his name in the pattern. If he cannot do so, it is said that, the bride will control the marriage. I must say applying mehendi is very difficult and its an actual art. Steady arms is a must

Did a photo-shoot for this beautiful couple (Adity and Parikshit) at Circular Quay on a early saturday morning. Despite the bad weather and no signs of sunshine, I hope to have captured something special. Their laughs and smiles were just endless and you can see why this beautiful couple are getting married!!

I always wanted to do an urban night time photo-shoot and luckily I had a beautiful young lady to be my model for the night. Shooting at night time was definitely harder than I first intended. Getting the lighting correct was really a key point to the success. Since this was my first time shooting in the streets at night, I was little unpreparied and slightly dissappointed with my images. But i have learnt a lot from this and hopefully the next one will be a lot better.

Im glad I had some helpers (Matt, Kory and his friend) to help me and also guide me in some cases. Thank you once again for coming and helping out

I was lucky enough to be the 2nd shooter for this beautiful wedding (or should i say reception only). It was interesting that they did not have a wedding cermoney as such before the reception, but I guess this made the job even easier.

A month or so before the actual wedding day, we did a small pre-wedding photoshoot. You could truly see the love they had for one another, and no wonder this beautiful couple are getting married.

Since i was the 2nd photographer, i was concentrating on capturing photos of the couples friends and family. The following are just some sample shots taken on the day.

A simple yet elegant photo shoot of Jason’s s15 was set in mind when I was asked to photograph his vehicle. So this is what I delivered!!

Perhaps this could be the last pictures ever taken of his pride and joy before he sells it and converts his new passion for an Evo8MR!!
